You also agree that any legal or equitable claim against (ADDDHB) or Stellar Acquisitions, LLC or its affiliates, arising from or related to your purchase must be brought in the city, state or federal courts located in Concord, New Hampshire.  Additionally, by purchasing products from this website, you agree to the terms under our shipping & returns policy.

All purchases must be paid for in advance of shipping, as is customary in the surplus industry. We have to pay our suppliers in advance and accordingly you have to pay us in advance. We generally ship within 10-14 business days of receipt of cleared payment, unless we otherwise notify you on certain larger and other orders. Specifically, we pack and ship all products Monday through Friday and are careful in order to maximize the resale value for you. Title to the goods passes to you at the time of delivery by the order fulfillment center to a common carrier. (ADDDHB) does not charge sales tax for items being delivered to any U.S. address, as we abide by the tax laws of the State of New Hampshire. For all international orders, customers are responsible for customs and import duties of the destination country. Because these duties vary by country, (ADDDHB) cannot determine what these levies will be.  Please contact us for Shipping charges to International addresses. Product Availability:
We try to keep the merchandise posted on our site as “real time” as possible. However, as we are taking orders via the Internet, the telephone and through fax, we take orders on a first come, first served basis.  For these reasons it is possible that we may not have available certain inventory that is listed on our site. Also, much of our merchandise is limited in the quantities that we have available. In the event that you place an order for merchandise that we currently do not have available in stock, we will notify you immediately.
