Our
layaway plan is easy and convenient to use and makes purchasing easier on your
pocket. We strive to keep our merchandise up to date and we tend to carry a lot
of unique pieces and not too many multiple items in the same pattern or print,
so if you want it and you can’t afford it all at once and you don’t want
someone else to buy it, put it on Layaway! The minimum order for Layaway is $100.

Terms and Conditions:
Sometimes you see an item on our site that you just can't live without,
but it's not quite the right time to buy it. Now with our convenient layaway
program, that handbag, wallet or accessory is only a mouse click away!
How Do I Purchase an Item on
Layaway?
Our layaway program is as
simple following these steps:
- Send us an
email with the following information in it:
Your full Name, Address, Telephone number, and
Zip Code
Your Email address for your Paypal Account
The Item(s) (Brand, Model Number & Color)
that you are purchased
2. Once we
receive this information, we will send you an initial Paypal invoice which will
be 35% of your total purchase, unlike most other handbag stores online, there
are no additional fees added to utilize Angel’s Layaway Program! 3. You then will be notified through Paypal
invoice of your second and third payments that will be due approximately 30 and
60 days from your initial layaway payment. These payments will be the remaining
balance on your layaway divided by 2. You may make additional payments by
sending us an email to let us know how much you wish to put on your layaway
item. We will send you another Paypal
invoice for this amount. 4. Once your layaway is paid in full, we will
ship your order. 5. Should we not receive your final payment
in full within 60 days of your initial Paypal invoice date, your layaway will
be considered in default and will be cancelled. - All items originally placed
on layaway will be taken off “layaway” status and will be made available for
purchase by customers. 6. Shipping charges, if any, for your layaway
items are paid at the time of your initial deposit payment is made. Layaway
Refund & Return Policy
If for any reason, you are unable to complete
your layaway payment please let us know. You will receive a refund of all
payments made less a 35% non-refundable charge, and the layaway fee. Please
note: No returns are accepted on layaway merchandise.
IMPORTANT - Layaway Terms & Conditions
- Qualifying
Purchases - Only
purchases of $100 or more can qualify for the layaway program. No coupons,
or discounts can be applied to items put on layaway.
- Layaway
Period - All items
will be placed on layaway for a maximum period of 60 days (NOTE: Customer
has the option of paying the order balance in full and at any time prior
to the completion of the 60 day period). If all items purchased have
not been paid in full by the end of the 60 day period, all items will be
removed from layaway status and will again be made available for purchase
by other customers.
- Accepted Forms
of Payment - All layaway
purchases must be through Paypal after receiving a Paypal invoice from us.
- Returns/Exchanges - We do not accept returns or
exchanges on layaway orders. Please be sure you review the item
description and photos thoroughly before making a purchase.
Changes to the Layaway Policy
Angel’s Designer Handbags reserves the
right to change the Layaway Policy at any time and for any reason. If you

Description
of our Service:
Angel’s Designer
Handbags Layaway payment method is for anyone 18 years of age or over, with a
US based bank account. Angel’s Designer Handbags offers its services to members
subject to the following TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. (a) Payment Terms:
Angel’s Designer Handbags charges does
not charge interest or any additional fees to use of their layaway program.
2. (b) Unless otherwise
specified in the merchant’s TERMS & CONDITIONS, The first installment shall
consist of 35% of the total balance of your order being placed on Layaway. The remaining 2 installment payments are
derived by equally dividing the remaining balance into 2 payments. The first
payment will be deducted on initial confirmation of the layaway, by payment by Paypal
invoice. The other two remaining
payments will occur approximately 30 and 60 days respectfully following the
initial order, again by paying the Paypal invoice. All layaway orders are processed through
Paypal
3. (c) Angel’s Designer
Handbags does not limit any transaction due to total amount.
4. (d) Angel’s Designer
Handbags charges a cancellation fee is 35% of the price of the item(s) placed
on layaway. Because of the nature of our business with constantly changing
styles, the 35% cancellation fee is set to insure the continued profitability
of our company while extending this service to the purchaser. The remaining balance,
less the cancellation fee, is credited back to the purchaser within 10 days
following request by the purchaser to cancel the layaway transaction. This refund will be processed through Paypal.
5. (e) Default is
defined as: when a Paypal invoice is not paid on time according to the terms
and conditions as is outlined in Angel’s Layaway Program. If a layaway falls into default we will
contact the purchaser to correct the issue. In 3 business days after contacting
the purchaser if the problem has not been resolved the layaway will be considered
in Default and the layaway will be suspended. At this time Angel’s Designer
Handbags will access the cancellation fees and credit any additional remaining
money back to the purchaser through Paypal within 10 days.
6. (f) Scheduled
deductions and payments are dictated within Angel’s Layaway Program details and it
is the responsibility of the purchaser to manage these payments in a timely
manner.
