Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your designer handbags or other items, please contact us immediately & we will gladly provide  a return authorization and accept your return for exchange. All requests for to return an item or to request an exchange must be made by contacting us within 3 days of receipt of the item purchased.  The item must be received  in its original packaging, unused and in original condition with all tags affixed. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you ship packages insured with signature confirmation from your shipper. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages. Once received in original condition you will then be notified and be able to apply for an exchange.  Shipping charges cannot be reimbursed. No credit will be issued for returned merchandise without receiving prior approval from ADDDH.com. By purchasing from AngelsDistinctiveDiscountDesignerHandbags.com, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.     

Cancellations: 

Should you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, you may do so without further consequence by contacting us by E-Mail or phone within 24 hours of placing your order.  Otherwise, the cancellation will be handled as a return and as such will be subject to all restocking fees.

Special Note to International Customers:

Please note that most of our suppliers will accept a return within 10 days of receiving it. Since it is impossible to ship out an order Internationally and receive it back to us within that given time frame, we at Angel's Designer Handbags regret that we are unable to accept returns on International orders. By placing an order with us that is to be delivered Internationally, you are acknowledging that your order is considered a Final Sale.

Refunds:

In  general, we are unable to provide refunds except in those cases where the order was damaged in transit. If your order was damaged in transit, in order to be reimbursed you must contact our office by email within 24 hours of delivery.  A returns fee of 10% and an additional $10 restocking fee will be applied to each item returned for refunds. To the best of our ability, we will issue refunds within 7-14 business days in the same form as original payment. Exchanges:

At AngelsDistinctiveDiscountDesignerHandbags.com customer satisfaction is what counts. There is a flat $10 restocking fee for each item returned for refund or exchange.  All purchases are processed with full extensive care to meet our customers needs. Once we receive your order, it will go through our quality control procedure at our warehouse division, so that you receive the best in quality item. Please email us at: orders@AngelsDistinctiveDiscountDesignerHandbags.com  for an exchange, with the item you purchased including designer name and style number, and the new item you would like including designer name and style number, and we will let you know how to proceed. Shipping Insurance:

We are not responsible for any damaged goods or lost goods and encourage you to request insurance if you are worried about this occurring to your order. Although it is rare, we feel we should note this information here for your reference.
